I bought some 19-10 sve 3 series rear wheels is there something other than a 285/35r19 I can run maybe something a bit bigger?

Its a aluminum piece on both ends they are the runners If you look up a how to on youtube they have videos 2011-2014 on how to take them off same for our cars for install and removal.
