When looking at the drag link in the v6 forum on here they seemed better than what people were getting with same mods. Trap speed was 101. Was cool out.
The MT where really good to me. My best 0-60 ft on stock tires were 2.5 so I felt like they got me off the line well.
Launching at 3k...
Went to the drag only got to run twice since they decide to clean up 40 min after everything, anyways I was 13.91 with a 60 ft of 2.0 I can post a slip when I get back home but not to bad only thing I noticed when shifting to second I got a lot of wheel hope any ideas on how to put it in check?
I will tell you right now what you will need because I have Cut, Welded, Cut Welded, and 2400.00 later I have a good sound, I started with Roush axle backs, = good, then I went roush axle backs with gt SVE x pipe = good, Got the long tubes with high flow cats = RASP so bad it was embarrassing to...
Had the same exact problem and I would either drive it out or stop and turn it off after 10 min and it fixed itself.. never thought about changing the TB all the things I thought but it makes sense. I thought mine was a bad connection at first with my soldered 02 sensors then I replaced them...
Well this wasn't the most fair race considering my mods.. but it is what it is as it sits now, Wifes focus st stock vs my v6 modded pulled 2 car lengths off the bat and she said I kept pulling away. Planning on doing mods to the focus st then will try again. from 50mph
I recently purchased a 2013 Focus st this weekend for my wife and I love it, def fun, but I went to find out some info on the car from their forums, let me tell you they bash the v6 hard and how much faster the st is, I mean driving the 2 I am like I say no way.
I don't hate on the eco just don't encourage it either, I also was impressed with the numbers but my original guess was 290's so I guess I was close, I am going to get the bigger throttle body and ported polished manifolds, then I believe I am going to start with suspension.
I may do that...
Put down on the mustang dyno 255hp and 257tq added 15% so 294hp and 297tq was a lean spot real bad I need to log and give to unleashed to fix since the guy said it should have been taken care of when they tuned it.
