I top out at -2.9 with Steeda Camber Plates and Non-Adj. Struts. Stock/non-drilled/OEM strut hole.

Exactly this. This is what I do in my detailing business. Apply these seperately though as it can be quite abrasive. Stick to using smaller amounts of goof off on a disposable towel.

I have an older model of SVE wheels, they fit perfectly with plenty of clearance and all APEX wheels for S550s clear.
