Our first '18 3.5 eco had 2500 miles before we traded it for a 2.7 eco, the 3.5 with 2500 miles drove exactly the same as the 2.7 with 700 miles. Very clunky shifts, but the downshifts when slowing are what we are having the most issues with.

A DCT would add substantial costs to the GT500 one would think. It could be similar to the one used in the GT, but they are only producing 250ish a year, so not much in development cost to share. IMO there wont be a DCT option unless you want a 85K base price.
Can't help but feel Roush took the lazy way out on the '18s. Prefer the 15-17 front by A LOT! I do like the hood vents and glad they got rid of that bug catcher on the hood.

The trans in those is absolute junk. We have done 200+ clutch replacement recalls on those and they still haven't fixed them! Stay away unless you like frequent dealer visits.
