Typical Sunday AM cruise - we met up at my buddy's hangar(the C8 vert is brand new).
For the STL guys - 94/D was the place to be yesterday. I saw a ton of cool stuff, even a 8 car AC Cobra train
would have been such a good pic if I would have moved an inch to the right....
Karcher cube setup here with OG parts. You can save a little money sourcing things on Amazon but really only on shipping. OG has what you need - and you cant get the reel from anyone else that is sized properly and doesn't stick out a foot off the wall.
The power washer is the cheapest part...
You'd be surprised how bright it is. Work wise - everything but paint will go down in here. The fox will be getting a coyote swap early next year and the C5 gets a clutch when the lift goes in. However, the couch idea sounds pretty good too!
Also, here are 6 of the 15 hex led's that are going...
I'll probably throw a short run of leds in it and hang it from the peak. We had this cowling stuffed in the corner of the hangar for years and years. We would throw mops and brooms in it - it was just a big catch all for the shop. My dad fully restored it as a garage warming gift and it came out...
Sunday morning routine. Wake up before the kids and cruise. Yesterday was 80 miles of back roads. Finish coffee, check oil and I'm out.
and wash after
I hit 1900 miles yesterday. Bought in Nov.
Appreciate all the comments.
@Cobra Jet Jet - I'll checkout garagejournal
The black ceiling was a point of contention for most I told. When it was all done, everyone loved it. The look of the garage was exactly what I wanted, but I was surprised how much better it made the cars look @stanglife...
I signed with a contractor last March before lumber skyrocketed so I got lucky. The garage was a new build on the back of my property, 40x30. Ive been building out the interior since Jan. God I'm glad to be done painting. Now it's all details - trim, some more lighting and a lift.
I haven’t...

I know its hard not to get hung up on the charging thing but it is such a non-issue for most people. Live in a big metro or apartment? Then maybe, but if you control where you park its like leaving the car at a "gas station" every night.
Road trips are easy too. A model S gets 200 miles...
I've been extremely close to EV's for the past 8 years - you didn't make a mistake, you just made a change. It's been stated but there is no better daily driver. My biggest concern for the Mach-E would be current infrastructure and charging options. I was in Charlotte a few weeks ago for Track...
I'm on board for that. 80% of my driving has been Wild Horse Creek and Hwy T. Would love to set up some group meets and runs, we have a ton of great back roads locally.
I've been lurking for 6+ months but saw a few recent post from St. Louis based members, so here I am. Good positive peer influencers I'd say. I haven't seen another 350 locally.
Anyway, what did I do?-Took my son to dinner after lacrosse and met up with my wife and daughter. Got a great parking...
