Looking at those pics a bit closer, it looks like Toyo only extends about 1/4" wider than the 11.5" wheel. If that is accurate, it's closer to 12" in overall section width vs an MPSS that would have at least .75" of rim protection on each side (or probably more since it runs closer to 13.8" of...
Thank you for the info. If you have any in the shop that are mounted on 11.5 inch wide wheels, could you measure the overall width for me and post it up here? Thanks.
Yes, it was for the Challenger and it had zero options / was the least expensive Scat pack made. Sometimes when you trade at a franchise dealer for different manufacturers, it's like they are utterly unaware of how cheap you can buy the trade car new.
Thanks, it's within the wheel width range for the tire so it'll mount on the wheel for sure. The big question is will a 345 MPSS on a 19x11.5 with 56 off set fit on the car (IE not rub on the suspension side or poke more than 1/4"). Nittos run so much smaller, I'm thinking it could be a costly...
Okay, good. I feel alright about the deal.
My only options were:
10 speed auto transmission $1,595
Mach alum low gls blk whl $295
Mini spare wheel & tire $405
From everything I've researched, it looks like the Nitto 345's (13.2"-13.4" wide)work with a bit of poke and the perfect offset and the Michelin Pilot Super Sports work up to a 325 size. Has anybody tried a wider MPSS like the 345's (13.8"+ wide)?
