Far as I'm concerned, that number is BS, as is holding cars and trucks to the same standard.

Pretty much this. GM was smart to move the Camaro on to Zeta and then Alpha. The Challenger, assuming it continues, may share a platform with the Alfa Romeo Guilia in the future.

If the pamphlet listing 2018 MY Ford passenger car exterior colors is to be believed, yes. It was also available on the Edge, Exploder, and Flex, but I have no idea if it's being dropped from those vehicles after MY 2018.
