Same with living in the city... sometime the ONLY parking spot you can get is head-on angled parking. Besides, parking rear-first still doesn't help much in these cars, especially if you have a van or suv on both sides of you, since our hoods are so long.

Seriously... any news? MAP has their kit good to go, and they claim stock internals are good enough for 400/400. So, I'm still waiting for more data and pricing from FFTec.

I wish I could cut my Eco hood. You can get the heat extractors, painted for only $100; however, just cutting holes and putting them in won't really work since the GT hood has sort of a rolled look where the heat extractors sit, and I'm not sure there's any way to cut the hood to make it look...

It was a great price... at $3000 shipped. Still not insanely priced, but I feel the extra $500 that was added yesterday tipped the scales a bit.

On the Dyno only, or did you take it out on the road with that power as well?

Where do you shift, what RPM do you launch at, and do you have the PP? I have the PP, so I have to shift into 3rd to hit 60, launch at 2000-2250rpm, shift at 5,500rpm, and can't do better than 5.3 0-60.

I love posts like this. Thanks for sharing. My first car was a '92 Mustang LX at age 15, and now I'm just a few months away from my 30th birthday. Now I know that doesn't really compare to the stretch of time you are showing, but I'd love to see a picture of me 15 years ago with my Mustang...
