All these people that say you should have called the police... Police around here won't even show up if the cars are drive-able and there are no injuries.
I'm coming up on a year (only ~7000 miles) but mine still look great. Occasionally I'll get a slight blue tint on the piping but it wipes off when I clean the seats.
The manual says it is based an many different factors. Page 420:
Intelligent Oil-Life Monitor™
Your vehicle is equipped with an Intelligent
Oil-Life Monitor that determines when you
should change the engine oil based on how
your vehicle is used. By using several
important factors in its...
The physical controls in my focus were so good I never touched the climate section of the touch screen. I don't see why something similar couldn't have been used in the Mustang. Because not only do you lose control of climate with Android Auto, you can't even see what it's currently set to.
I agree that some of this stuff is just asking for even less attentive drivers, like the lane keep assist for instance. Even an OK driver should be able to keep the car in the lane or they shouldn't have a license.
But some of these cameras and sensors can "see" what you can't no matter how...
Oh and just because the A/C light is lit doesn't mean the A/C compressor is running. It just means the system can use the A/C if it deems it necessary.
If you have manually pressed the A/C button it will stay off even though the rest of the system is being controlled automatically.
The same applies for the fresh air/recirculate button.
Press the auto button to restore full auto for all aspects of the climate control. Also, if it's cool...
Couldn't you just buy the glass for a Bliss car and put it in? All that you would be missing is the small circle where the LED is. So what if the LED never turns on.
Exactly, I have no kids, I can fit the grocery shopping in the trunk and with proper tires I have absolutely no issues in the winter. Why should I pay for the maintenance and insurance on a second car, not to mention the hassle of finding a place to keep an extra car, just to be ready on the...
The powertrain warranty included with the car is 5 years or 60,000 miles, so if you take that in to account they owe you even more. But in reality that's not how extended warranties work. I've had a third party extended warranty on a previous mustang that I traded in after only 2 years, so...
I just asked nicely right when I ordered the car that no front plate be drilled to the car (front plates are mandatory in my state) and that no stickers be placed on the car. And he said don't worry, we never do that to a Mustang unless specifically requested.
It's really easy to silence them for cases like that. It's just down, then OK on the steering wheel. Every time you shift in to reverse the screen goes to the on/off menu for the sensors, so you don't have to dig for them. Handy when you have a bike rack or pulling a trailer. (Our Explorer...
You bring up a very good point as I feel people are mistakenly talking about 2 different features.
Reverse sensing system is capable of detecting stationary or slow moving objects that are about 6 feet away from the back of the car or closer. Emphasis on the slow moving. Anything over 3-5...
I've had a ton of problems with my bluetooth staying connected to the Sync 3 2.0 system in my 2017. Also my traffic and gas prices have never worked. A few people have reported improved bluetooth after going to 2.2. I finally got fed up with it enough to risk updating to 2.2. Sadly it didn't...
