Check the ground wire near the passenger strut tower, I had the same exact issue and I tightened it up and all of it went away. Mine was noticeably lose.

Motors in the seats? They're all manually adjusted no what motors would there be? I love my recaros and have been on 2 12hr trips in mine. I spend about an hour and a half - 2hrs in my car a day and love the feel. Granted I'm only 6 foot 155. I ordered my car specifically for the seats as that...

For my Airride I used the same nipple hole in the firewall wiring he did, but routed my wiring up closer to the engine bay, it comes up through the heat padding stuff.
