Yes, they are really enough for parking light, just to light up bars. Around 4times less bright. I made mine to have brightness as my skoda original and they draw same power.

Photos on prev page show that lamps are melted by opening them this way. Never look stock when hood open. Can you post photo from top when installed in car? I do DD install for 200 EUR and it looks stock when installed. Never checked, does They dimm when in parking? Have one...
