Thank you! I called the number, spoke to a really nice guy named Criss. He said its a know problem and there is a hardware kit to fix it. He took my info and said I should see the kit in a few days. I will report back to this thread with my findings.

Same problem here... Sun and or heat it looks great. As soon as it cools it warps and pops up just like the OP pics show.

Mine doesn't work either. It's either not good, or its hot. My '13 FX4 cooled seats work pretty good and my wife's '15 expedition works amazingly well.
