Squared to Staggered... Need tire size suggestion.

My current set up is 20x10 w 275/35 on all 4 corners.

I'm switching out to a staggered set up. 20x10 +40 rear and 20x8.5 +28 front.
The suggested size tires is 255/35 front and 275/35 rears.

What do the tire/wheel guys think about this combo? Should I be looking at other sizes?

I would like to run 275 / 305 with this set up, but I don't think they will fit.
