  1. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

I thought you said you had been over 140 mph? Welcome to tcu rpm limiters Pal. ;). Log torque source next time to see what is up. Try manually paddle shifting it a little earlier @ 115-117 mph. That was 100mphclub’s work around on his ED stage 1.
  2. Hellcat widebody vs my 2018 mustang PP1 10spd

The one in my avatar I beat. He broke his half shaft about 60’ out from starting line. I spun and axle hopped so bad I waited until 4th gear to hammer it rest of the way through 1/4. lol. They will run you down and go bye bye around 115-120 mph (sooner if the a10 is stock).
  3. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

    Anybody check on Stymee???? 911...???
  4. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

Holy Phuck...? Is everyone ok????? :).
  5. 2020 Performance Package price

That 3.55 iron Torsen differential is not cheap either. ;).
  6. What’s the best 60ft possible on a stock a10 car and techniques

Yeah, traction is the key. A few weeks back on the street my car went right up through the top of third gear doing that. lol. Cold street tires. ;).
  7. 2020 Performance Package price

I paid right @ $34.6 brand new 18 GT off a $41.6 list. This pp package cost me about $3300. No way I could duplicate the parts $ buying separately from Ford.
  8. What’s the best 60ft possible on a stock a10 car and techniques

My 14 GT auto always ran faster off idle than any throttle on the brake. Everyone was always saying 1800-2000 rpms on the 18’s. I will have to try that next time.
  9. Acceleration, normal vs sport plus

Yes it does! I do pull it, but have a little better solution for next time. Just yank the paper part out of the oem filter. Instant drag screen. ;).
  10. What’s the best 60ft possible on a stock a10 car and techniques

They are 275 pilot sport 4s, but yesterday I finally got some hook with 82 degree air temps. That makes a big difference too.
  11. lund tune w/o mods worth it?

Who you going to put your money on...? Street race from 45 mph roll to take traction out of equation for most part. Two brand new 2020 GT’s with same options premium A10’s w/ drag mode. Both drivers weight about the same and both have 1/2 tank 93 fuel same station. Car #1 has Idaho Potato...
  12. lund tune w/o mods worth it?

Plus in my experience the total tuning net gain is in direct relation to how many logs are you willing to run (on road, fuel you use) to make it as best as it can be for your particular car. A one log and done car is probably not fully optimized imo... There is a reason Beefcakes cars are flash...
  13. 2020 Performance Package price

I have owned an 18 pp1 car for almost 2 years and over 10k miles. Well worth the upgrade imo on S550. Once you negotiate a discount off the car you not paying full pop on that PP upgrade. Although that is a big price increase on later 2020 models.
  14. Acceleration, normal vs sport plus

Yeah my last trip I went too low on tire pressure 22 psi. And their air compressor at track was not working. 26 is a good number for street tire. Mine is 3.55 btw with pp1. I have not tried just flashing off idle yet either.
  15. lund tune w/o mods worth it?

That is one dyno example. Pull in a hundred then do an average. lol Under the curve E85 gains via timing is also worth more than just a peak number...
  16. lund tune w/o mods worth it?

My car and my buddies car are identical down to the color and options. Only difference was he had 1/8 tank of fuel and mine had 3/4 tank. lol. Pump tune in manual or drag mode car is minimal power gains. You can still add in more timing in low-mid range which is useable on the street. We have...
  17. lund tune w/o mods worth it?

Depends what you are comparing. A manual car is not generally going to pick up much from just a pump tune. So yes, in that example you are correct. Also the driver of the manual car can greatly affect the outcome. But, a corn tuned 18 should pull a pump car. All things being equal. Take a 18 gt...
  18. Motor strength

Agreed! I do not think it was the gearheads. It was a bunch of “pussies” to begin with that tried out a mustang for the first time that were the whiners. Lol.
  19. Acceleration, normal vs sport plus

I ran 11.91 and 11.92 back to back my first trip to track. Those where 1.94 and 1.96 60 foots leaving on brake 1400-1500 rpm. Last trip my best was 2.1’s (12.0’s @ 121mph) no matter what I did and literally had to bail out of 3 of my 5 runs due to traction/axle hop issues. A Hellcat widebody on...
  20. Acceleration, normal vs sport plus

It is hard if not almost impossible to run much better stock/drag mode stock tire than 11.8-11.9. Drag mode with traction will be the fastest/quickest. My Sport mode (E tuned) is drag mode in automatic. Drive shifts around 7100 and Sport 7500 rpms. I had to pedal it a tad on the first couple...
