Went with 275/305 both in 35 profile, I like the looks of 30s but 35s are giving me slightly fatter tire which I prefer due to better ride comfort and rim protection against potholes, cracks and missing chunks of pavement that may bend your rim/s

Tough choice, I have mine behind me. Best of luck bud, decisions, decisions, decisions I will test fit square setup once I get my wheels but this will take some 2-4 weeks
