  1. Ford Racing shifter w/ Blowfish or Barton?

I don't know the details of the Barton. I hear it is good too. Watch this video about the MGW. Explains why the MGW is good.
  2. Ford Racing shifter w/ Blowfish or Barton?

Why not just get an MGW or barton shifter and ditch the blowfish bracket? As Grimace said the MGW bolts only to the transmission (no body connection at all).
  3. SS Brake Lines

Have you verified that the OEM lines are rubber? Some OEMs are using kevlar reinforced lines that appear to be basic rubber lines, but they actually distend less under pressure than SS lines. It's possible Ford is using cheap lines since that seems to be their game. More so likely if you...
  4. SS Brake Lines

On many other platforms SS lines are inferior to the construction of a lot of rubber looking OEM lines (which are not just rubber lines). I'd research a lot more before attempting to replace the OEM lines.
  5. Steeda Progressive Spring review

Strut to knuckle bolts would have to be very loose to cause a noise. I doubt you have an issue there.
  6. RIDETECH coilovers are in the works!!

Ridetech has excellent customer service. I had a few issues with the kit since mine was one of the first production kits for this car. I understand they are tweaking some things for future kits. Ryan and the guys at Ridetech have gone above and beyond to help me.
  7. Looking for Nikon Lens upgrade.

The 35mm 1.8 is a game changing lens. Cheapest and best lens I own. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
  8. Passenger side Seal Issue

There is a tsb for this problem on early builds. Any dealer should find it and the fix is pretty easy.
  9. Steeda Progressive Spring review

Easy test. Take off both ends links and test drive. You can also look for a witness mark on the frame where the stud on the end link would make contact under load. Search the forum there was a thread on it. I think it was a guy with eibach springs.
  10. Auto guys, concerns about not having PP?

TORSEN is only in the PP cars.
  11. Steeda Progressive Spring review

Unlikely. The spring sits against the spring perch and the upper mount the same way the OEM spring does. The height of the spring won't change this. Clunking/Rattling noises in the front usually come from a loose upper strut nut or sway-bar end links. One person posted that the bolt on...
  12. Coilovers Available for the S550 (LIST) - Seeking inputs and opinions

Ridetech is similar to a standard coilover. Only way to adjust ride height is with the spring perch.
  13. New Mods, fluid change, NVH

Pull out the white line transmission bushing and see what happens. That thing is supposed to transfer all kinds of NVH through the floor boards of the car. Fluid being a little low (or even wrong type) will not cause your vibration problems unless it has caused permanent damage to the...
  14. *** SOLD *** 670HP 2015 Mustang GT Premium PP *** SOLD***

I go back and forth on selling it. Recently landed on keeping it again. Price and parts are negotiable. All of the parts on the car really enhance the driving experience, but I understand some people may not want them all. PM Sent.
  15. Steeda Toe Link question

Kelly gave you a good tip. I would have it aligned (or do it myself), but that's me. Oh and every alignment shop should be doing 4 wheel toe alignments by default. I've seen one ad from a corner garage that offered a $30 front-end alignment only. Almost every car on the road requires a 4...
  16. Dont get whipped ! (800+ HP TVS ) ***Updated with video!***

Because crank numbers can be achieved in a consistent and repeatable way with the equipment they use. Unlike a garage chassis dyno.
  17. PP brake pads

Carbotech 1521 pads are very low dust. And the dust that comes off doesn't embed itself in your wheels like metallic pad dust.
  18. PP brake pads

They were not racing in that video. Go 3 wide into a corner in door-to-door racing a few times and your stock pads will be toast. Hot lapping and running qualifying laps is considerably easier on brakes than actual track racing. In other platforms you'd be lucky enough to get 4 or 5 corners...
