All, Quick up-date on the install of my Susa/ AutoSport diff cooler. I've completed the wire harness, fabricated a pump mounting plate and installed the cooler/fan unit. Also most done. The wire harness: 12 V power was wired the same as the Ford Performance diff cooler system...

All, I got all of my components for my diff cooler. Installation will start this week. Cooler with fan, pump, filter, Temp switch, fitting, hoses, relay and mounting clamps

Yup used that too. And I too thought I had it licked. But last week at WGI with air temps in the 90s the rear diff temp just kept climbing with every lap. I can so appreciate a car that can lap continually without any heat issues. I took it for granted in some of my cars. I battled over...

Guys, I'm giving up on the passive methods of keeping the diff cool. I had the exhaust wrap the 75W-140 lube and used a blower to cool the diff between sessions. I'm done. I don't want my track time to be limited by the diff temp and put more stress on it as the oil is breaking down from heat...

This ^^^ Plus get some Weight off the car!!! Delete rear seat, all frills, light body panels... Whatever it takes.

I removed the sonic tube firewall nut by reaching from the front along the engine bank and used a 1/4" deep 10 mm fine ratchet patiently 3 clicks at a time.. A real pain....

Installed but not yet driven. The install is pretty easy. I didn't have to go thru the inter fender to remove the sound symposer assembly. The angle of the throttle body and thus the intake hose wasn't ideal to match the air "box" or the inlet rubber is not flexible enough to make it all...
