Saw this thread and decided to check mine, late 2016 EcoBoost (in a 2017 white platinum colour somehow). Have minor bubbling on edges of both sides, and couple other weird under the paint issues in other places. Had the car used last December so don't know of any paint checks. Don't really wanna...
I get the following error code from a basic scanner but have been advised I should look into it a bit further with ford software or FORscan, I also get a click from the relay at first press of the button but then no heat and no clicking off/on after that, no burnt connections.
Starting to get...
Keep contemplating a spoiler but don't want to do something as permanent as drilling holes which is req for the nicer options. Especially with how I change my mind sometimes lol.
Yeah I originally only thought Oxford White was the only White Mustangs had, especially since mine is registered to a 2016 licence plate in UK, it wasn't untill a bus decided to rub against me that the body shop explained how its a 3 stage paint job and I found it in the 2017 brochure. I love...
Yeah I'll check it out, Iv asked on a couple of other threads aswell tbf. Seems a confusing issue, a basic diagnostics scan did throw up error code B272C which Iv had a search for online.

Yeah Iv had a look and posted there too, that's what lead me to check the connector and didn't find out any burn marks.
Just scanned for code which brings up error B272C which is a blower issue. Awaiting more info once i can get a friend to find out the wiring diagram etc.
Cheers, I'll start with running a diagnostics on it to see if there's any codes that flag up. I tried the hear function earlier, the relay did click this time but the seat didn't get up to temp at all, hoping its something that's just bolted on underneath the seat like the motor/blower etc so I...
The closest Ford dealers to me don't deal with Mustangs apparently but might still be worth the question, just wondering if its something that's not too expensive or I could replace myself as it's not under warranty.
Recently noticed that my drivers seat doesn't change temperature when using the climate controlled seats.
The lights on the button come on, but the relay doesn't click like it does for the passenger side.
Iv checked the connector under passenger seat like Iv saw on other threads, doesn't...
Just came accross this thread after noticing my drivers seat (UK model) was having the same issue, buttons light up, no click from the relay and the seat temperature doesn't change.
I pulled the connector but there's no burn or any signs of damage on any connectors.
The AA sell spares? I know a couple of patrols but Iv never heard of this, and from what I understand their multifit spare that they carry so they can follow you to a tyre garage also doesn't fit.
If you have a link would you mind sharing it so I don't have to fear getting a flat tyre lol.
Installed the red start button and OEM GT350 gear knob from CJ pony parts (even though they shafted me on import fees after I'd already paid for the postage that included them). Also finished the hardwiring and install on my Thinkware F800 Pro dash cam.
So I have started installing the camera but haven't had time to wire it into the fuse box atm. Although I have noticed that the wires seem to be labelled opposite to what's previously mentioned with the constant power being the yellow wire.
It's a Thinkware F800 Pro that I need to install, Iv just had a look at their OBD kit and it's ÂŁ30, tempted to give the hardwire a shot first so I haven't gotta buy a completely different lead, but I'm always changing my mind so who knows lol
Anybody got a link to which fuse taps I should order, I may be overthinking it but don't want to buy some cheap ones that are faulty/poor quality or ones where the amp is too low.. Iv looked at some on Amazon but they're max 10amp whereas fuse 36 is a 15amp fuse.
