I tried a 325/30 20 Dunlop SP Sport Maxx with 20x12 Forgestar F14s. Definitely is a super tight fit, but it didn't rub with stock suspension. Unfortunately I don't have clear pics but here's how it looked:

Have you had the tire beads broken loose to check that there is nothing in the tire? As in, maybe debris or tire lube moving around inside the tire where there should only be air?
