Speed Phenom posted about this in one his videos. He noticed the incorrect antenna on a car at a dealer he visited. I think it's an error (the fin type). The puck is the correct antenna. I believe the fin style is for the Fusion and maybe some SUVs?

Unfortunately, you cannot adjust the hud colors, just it's style and shift point.

I set mine up like the one below (axle temp, transmission oil temp and manifold charge temp). You can configure the colors too! Since my car is orange, I went with orange and purple. Looks great! Sorry, pic isn’t great.

Was wondering about this myself. I notice it most when idling in the garage after driving it hard, I think while in reverse it does it most.
