Blackout or tint (paint or vinyl) on tailights is technically illegal in a number of states. This link lists a number of discussions on it broken down by states. Although with how bright our brake light LEDs are, i'm not sure most people would notice the blackout/tint. :eyebulge: :D

Cool! Thanks Ice Man. Its a small small "mod" (its so small I hesitate to even call it a mod) but I think its makes a big difference (and obviously looks great with the blue engine parts.) Its like the rug in The Big Lebowski .. it really ties the engine bay together. :)

Makes sense, I thought it looked a bit purple (which is why I thought it was Kona.) The phone camera can be misleading.
