These are definitely going to give you a big difference in handling. Your going to have to relearn how your car reacts. These will give you more confidence and will make launching off and taking turns a lot more fun and safer!
I would say its needed. I lowered my car and drove it like that for a while before putting the bump steer. It helps a lot on bumps, for example when i lowered and i was driving and hit a bumpy road my steering would slightly swerve, now I can be doing 80mph and have my hands off the wheel and go...
I guess since I have all the other modifications. I didn't really notice anything different from how it was before. If there is a difference, its not something that would bother me considering the performance add on. If you don't mind me asking what are your alignment specs?
Hey Guys,
I have everything completely adjustable. Im looking for a more street/daily alignment. This is my current setup and was wondering if you guys suggest any specific numbers? thank you!
I finally got around to swapping these parts out. My god what a difference!
The car is completely different. I officially have every suspension part swapped out from Steeda, and adding these bearings really completes the kit. It allows for suspension to work at its fullest potential. At the...
You seem to have the same exact parts I do. Have you gotten a rear creaking noise when accelerating from a stop and any clunking when slowly turning in neutral?
Have you tried driving it in track mode. I was driving it to the shop to get the toe link bearings and lca bearings swapped and I noticed when driving in track mode I didn't get any hop.
Hey guys. I believe I have a very good idea at the culprit. I currently have all steeda mods for suspension if you read my list, except..... LCA bearings which will be getting installed this weekend and that should finish my suspension build for the moment. The culprit is both the lca bushings...
My buddy just got the aluminum dss on and..... there is quite a difference especially if your road racing as well. The throttle response is highly noticeable compared to stock. You get a lot more response and less play and more feel of the car. Also along with that what i noticed was less play...
Hmmmm I'm experiencing the same noise. I tightening the axle nut as well and nothing. I did notice my noise going away when i got my alignment done and then it came back after a couple of days.
Correct mine had a head issue as well. I agree with you though I'd go for a buyback. It's such a shame. Ford has made such an amazing design on the car and the motor itself is a great motor but they lack quality control so bad!
