  1. Why are superchargers the prefer choice over turbochargers in the mustang comunity?

    - Edelbrock and Whipple's can make over 1000whp - Easier installs - Most already have long tubes before they even think about boosting the car, this lets you keep those LTs and not deal with exhaust work - Twin turbo kits require more maintenance than a SC kit, you have to deal with making sure...
  2. 19 Edelbrock Stage 2 Dyno Disappointment

Adding boostane will only increase octane, if they lowered the base spark map and also limited how much timing the knock system can add, then it won't have much of a gain even with the increase octane. Just depends on how they wrote the tune
  3. 19 Edelbrock Stage 2 Dyno Disappointment

Not bad, there is def still a lot of power left on the table, looks like some spark was pulled starting at 6500rpm, this was either knock or more than likely the EB tune lowering the base spark. Since they have to warranty this set up, Im sure they opted for a safer spark map
  4. Edelbrock E-Force Troubleshooting Manual

mine runs 15-20 over ambient, you may want to try dropping to a 70/30 mix to get better cooling along with a bottle of water wetter to help prevent foaming. The pump running when you open the door and after shut off is normal, it's bc it's triggered by the EVAP solenoid, so anytime it's...
  5. What Type of Fueling Required for 1000whp with Twins?

pick up a set of aftermarket rails and plumb them in parallel, 2 F90000274s should support 1000whp just fine, so will the F90000285 and F90000295. Check your L1 order to see which pumps you got, if you got any of the smaller ones then they will more than likely not flow enough for 1000whp on...
  6. What Type of Fueling Required for 1000whp with Twins?

Think I saw you at Saturday's meet lol, did you drive up to Austin? ID1300's for 1000whp is recommended, ID1050's will be close to max at that level on e85
  7. Help! P0340 code after eb/ fore install

That is weird considering there isn't a part of the install that touches the VCT solenoids or their harness
  8. Edelbrock E-Force Troubleshooting Manual

Yes, they made the blower almost the exact size it needs to be to fit under the hood, there is a slight impression on mine. You could remove the liner if it bothers you, but I've had my blower on since New Years day and haven't had any issues with the liner wearing or anything. IAT2s are usually...
  9. Tuning idle for 1000cc

find a new tuner, being able to tune other platforms well does not mean they can tune Fords. Tuning Fords is nothing like tuning GM or Mopars, completely different platform, they are torque based
  10. Whipple heat exchanger on a Roush kit

That is in reference to their own supercharger kit, the HE is made to replace the thinner unit they supply in their kit, so it is a simple bolt on. You don't have that kit, so it does not apply to you, for you, a new bracket is needed
  11. Installs On The Stage 2 Edelbrock 2650 Are Going Down!

Should make solid power, I was running 12psi through a stock fuel pump an no BAP. Held .78 lambda and stayed within +/-2% on fuel trims. Fuel pressure was 55+ even at peak RPM so it held quite well.
  12. Whipple heat exchanger on a Roush kit

brackets are not the same, you will need to buy the h/e and the brackets.
  13. Edelbrock E-Force Troubleshooting Manual

Since you have a 2018, you should look into the DW88s instead, they are OE length and flow a nut hair less than the DW95s(they are rated for difference pressures hence the difference in number but similarity in flow). At 58 psi they both flow close to the same amount, but the DW88 is stock...
  14. Fore level 1 e85 question

Most tuners say 2 always on, 1 on hobbs. When running 2 pumps it's fine to leave them both on all the time
  15. Edelbrock 2650 stage 2 iat staying at 150-160

it should have stayed on for a while, if the reservoir tank is empty then you need to add more fluid. Might want to make sure your tank isn't leaking, if the cap is loose or wasn't put on right then it could of been spilling out.
  16. Edelbrock 2650 stage 2 iat staying at 150-160

This is addressed in site edelbrock troubleshooting thread. If the shop didn't fill the system right then the pump will shut itself off. Vacuum filling is the quickest and easiest way, if you gravity fill(pouring in by hand) then it takes a few fills ups to finally get it to stay full. Your IATs...
  17. Fore level 1 e85 question

You would need a dual relay harness, you can either make one yourself or buy one.
  18. Edelbrock 2650 stage 2 iat staying at 150-160

Add fluid ti'll tank overflows, open the door, pump should turn on, run back to tank and keep pouring so the tank ever run dry, keep this up until it stops sucking in fluid. Took me a few tries bc the pump sucked the tank dry quicker than I could pour. then had to wait a few minutes before...
  19. Edelbrock 2650 stage 2 iat staying at 150-160

you have a air pocket, intercooler pump will kick on every time you put it in ACC but once that air pocket hits the pump, it will shit off and stay off. Once you shiut the car down and give it enough time, usually a few mins, you can open the door or put it in ACC and the pumps will try and...
