I had these for a while now and not had a problem til now. It makes clunking/thuding noise everytime I go over bumps. It's been getting louder. I took them off and replace with a spare one and the noise is gone. The bearing inside is pretty loose. I can move the bearing inside the socket...

I think it does to some degrees. It looks like it directs airflow into the brakes.

How much does it cost to have them painted?

I used that kit to press the RLCA bushing out/in without a problem, just the right combination. There is no need to cut anything if you do it right. I also used it for the knuckle to toe link bearings although I had extra socket to press them out.

I believe these bolts are torque to yield so it is recommended to replace when reinstalling caliper. Personally I've messed with my suspension many times and yet to replace these bolts. So far they are still holding good. It's up to you. If you don't feel safe replace them otherwise torque...

I think he meant the front offset can be 25 instead of using spacers.

The reason is for a true square setup. I can rotate the wheels.

I'm using the same offset. They are all 19x10.5 and 45 offset with 20mm spacer in front.

They are airdesign hood vents.
