Took my car to a car show today. The Mayor of the town was so impressed with this Tesla system, that he voted my car the Mayor's Choice Trophy

I have a forward facing camera installed under my front spoiler to watch for curbs to avoid tearing mine up. I can't get the camera feed to work for anything but the INPUT plug at this time. I was hoping it would work on the CAMS button, but sadness.
I'm thinking I need to be able to get internet first on the head unit. Still trying to figure out how that is going to work with such limited range on that little antenna.
K... I will try that. Again. I am an Android idiot and have no idea how to install a Nova launcher. I can't even find a Google Play icon.
PS. I am NOT rooted as I am not 100% clear on the instructions. I just don't know the terminology.
How do I Install KingRoot on my headunit?
How do...
What does the Custom ROM do? How is it installed?
What does the BTSuite fix do? How is it installed?
What differences should I see after adding the Feb2017update?
I hate to sound like an idiot, but I am when it comes to Android and it's operation.
It finally finished. I rebooted twice and I don't see ANY differences at all. Please remind me what Feb2017 was supposed to do.
I still see Celsius and kph

Once you downloaded the update, you unzipped it and placed the contents onto a USB drive and then installed it into the USB port in the car and that is where the video starts, correct?
Standing by for the video. I have downloaded the Jan2017 and Feb2017 updates from the firmware directory and the BTSuite_FIXED_AND_RESIGNED_FINAL.apk files from the Tesla's APK Manager.
I finally got the HU installed complete with the PP wiring fix. Works as expected with the exception of...
I have the unit installed in the car and will now need to begin the upgrade/root/stuf***es you spoke of to move forward.
Not sure how to access the center console USB port. The front one shows activity, but I don't know how to access it via the HU to play the music stored there.
Not...
Ditto for me except I've NEVER done anything like this and after reading the forum, I'm even more scared. I'm still not 100% sure of the exact order of things to do to upgrade/update my new system. A step-by-step from beginning to end would would certainly ease my anxiety about the operation.
