I have started the sreach out of state. I think I found one $3500 off msrp but it's not the combo I want. I feel stupid passing on it but at the end of day I have to be happy with my purchase. I have another lead on a msrp so fingers crossed.

Sounds about right. R's are hold strong for ADM, Non R's have started to go down. I can now walk in to a local dealer and get a $5k ADM. Some dealers still have a listing of $20k but $5k appears to be the holding line.

That's easier said then done in California. I just walked into a local Dealer the other day and they still asking $40k ADM. it might be easier in SC.
