I also agree that the Colgan bra is not a beauty point; however, it's not meant to be! It's for protection only, and it does the job. I've used them on all my past cars for many years. Once I arrive at my destination, it comes off until I make the return trip.
Funny!!!:) You can thank me for that Colgan GT350 bra! I pleaded and negotiated with them for eight months during 2019 and 2020 to get them to make a bra for my 2019 GT350! After some meaningful and productive discussions with the President of CoverCraft Industries, (they own Colgan), he agreed...
I have the same issue with my 2019 GT350 (non-R) with 10K. It has always done this and I've just kinda ignored it and chalked it up to idiosyncrasies of the car. It would be interesting to see if their is a fix for this.
I have no noticeable rattles or squeaks in my 2019 GT350. I find it a bit more quiet than my past 2007, 2011, and 2013 GT500's. Like most of you, I am enamored with the lovely exhaust note that comes from this car!
Yep, had a 96 SHO and had the cams welded when my service manager told me about the cam sprocket issue. The car was out of warranty. After that we put 100K on the car before trading it in on a new car. (not a SHO) We had a 91 five speed manual SHO which we loved. Should have kept it and not...
Read all the responses. They seem indicative of the problems we have interacting and communicating now days, and how we all sometimes judge a situation without having all the facts and circumstances. Just saying it's easier to be helpful to others then to do otherwise.
I looked at their site. $439.00 sounds reasonable. Does that include the lug wrench and jack? The site does say it includes the spare tire, wrench and jack assembly. Just want to make sure. The company also doesn't show a phone number. Thanks in advance.
Each State has it's on DMV procedures, but usually the DMV sends you another title copy with a stamped indication at the bottom that the loan has been satisfied.
I am so lucky to have a dealership who is small enough to have actual friendly and long lasting relationships with their customers and employ technicians and staff who actually know what they are doing! Century Ford in Mt. Airy, Md. I've been doing business with them for over thirty-five years...
This was present on my new 2019, as well. I saw the previous thread (several months back) that Tomster mentioned and sure enough, mine was not fully connected. This issue seems to be very prevalent with these cars. Ford should put a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) out about this serious oversight.
I think you made the right decision. Anything you said relative to his choice of where to get his oil changed, would most likely have generated a defensive response or at least made the guy feel like he wasn't a responsible owner. Sometimes keeping ones mouth shut is the best alternative.
I've got the non-R Cup 2's on my 2019 GT350. They are respectable in wet conditions. I was pleasantly surprised at their adhesion abilities when caught in rain. I'd bet the PSS tires that came on your car would be okay for your track application. I've never used the PSS tires, so it's just...
And of course, we all know how everything on the internet is without question! I really think anything untoward concerning our cars during their transport process is extremely rare.
