Hey Bruce, good morning, yes, actually located in Miami. However, I’m not sure what could have caused this since the car has been in the sun maybe 5 hours total for a few cars and coffee events. But I rarely use the car during the day much. And it lives in a garage, that’s why I was so confused...

Definitely appreciate everyone’s input, and will try the conditioner route. Is the general consensus to apply the conditioner and blow it with a warm air from blow dryer? Is it OK to use the pictured protectant spray or a leather conditioner instead?

I actually may try this since there hasn’t been another documented “fix” from anyone else. Will keep everyone posted.

I hear you, I’m on the fence because I don’t want to drop the car off and have them tinker around with it for an indefinite amount of time, since it’s probably a unique issue. I also don’t want them replacing the dashboard and putting a bunch of remarks on my car history (carfax). 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
