So i am due for my first oil change….. i am approaching 2k miles, 2022 GT. I coerced them to install my mud flaps for free during the purchase, and have no problems using the dealer for oil changes…
is the general consensus to use dealer oil or do you guys suggest something else? I am ok...
Its too bad it does not save your last “drive” settings, but i agree, the 2 clicks back to my mode is now a habit for me..
my mymode is track exhaust and sport plus drive mode…. Just 2 clicks to that track mode rumble…👍
Ive got a new (leftover) 2022 gt convertible, love the car btw… it has the 401 package and B&O 12 speaker stereo. The audio quality is good, it sounds pretty good loud, it just does not seem as loud as my old 2017 ecoboost which had premium sound by Bose, that one just seemed way louder...
Agree with DANA, being from maine i might be biased but its a great place to visit smd run with the top down… open roads, not a lot of traffic (after labor day) and coastal roads & views…
Congrats, i had an 2017 ecoboost, it was a great car, fantastic gas mileage and the t turbo was plenty quick… i wished it was a convertible like yours…. summertime tires are great traction but i had to replace mine at around 16k miles.
Heres hoping many more fun and trouble free years…

Nice, its goofy to be forced to change exhaust mode every time you start the car…
i usually switch to sport drive mode and track exhaust mode as soon as i get in the car…

I do kind of wish there was a way to set it so that the active exhaust defaults to track mode so i dont have to change...
Ive had countless camaros and firebirds over the years, but not so many mustangs…
I had a 2005 gt that was awesome… traded it in on a 2012 challenger rt. Although i loved the chally, driving it as compared to the GT was a little disappointing. Sound, performance and drivability, i felt the...
Sorry when i said cosmetic i was meaning detailing wise, or tips or minor but helpful things - like the roof control OrRad mentioned
i feel its fairly well protected with the front partial wrap and ceramic, is there a treatment or best way to clean/preserve the ragtop? Wash it With suds...
So new to the forum, i had a 2017 ecoboost pp since 2016, it was a great car, one of my favorite cars ever. I just felt a little let down with the car every time i started up. I missed that GT rumble… it was quick and handled well and ran great.
Although, The head gasket blew last year at 35k...
I had a 2017 ecoboost, loved the car, loved the mileage, i just felt a little sad every time i started it… the 4 cylinder startup just disappointed me a little, i wished for that 8 cylinder rumble…
I traded it in this week for a leftover 2022 gt
