The NGauge doesn't do anything but read input from the ODB stream. There is a PID that uses the Wideband O2 sensors with inferred logic to come up with a number. It's OK for most NA applications but not useable for FI applications.
Resurrecting this one. Can you take the output directly from the Ethanol content sensor and input to the N Gauge or, is the companion Innovate gauge required to work?
I don't know if the sensor output will work with the analog inputs of the N Gauge but you could install the gauge and drop it in your glovebox. You're only going to look at it once a fill up.

So, I know they say that this is for Borla Exhausts only but in the real world, would this work on the stock exhaust on a 2019? Reason I'm asking is I want to maintain my Active Exhaust.
