So after a lot of researching on here and a specific thread asking questions I purchased the 4 following suspension upgrades.
1) BMR cradle bushing lockout kit
2) BMR vertical links
3) Steeda IRS subframe braces
4) Steeda IRS subframe bushing support system
Im here to tell you that despite...
1.) there is a specific step by step guid from borla to drill a weep hole. It's a common thing I guess. It's a pdf he emailed to me. I'll try and post it when I get to a desktop.
2.) clean and sand stainless with scotch bright pad and apply VFT header paint.
I'm on my phone now. I will...
I have the Ford racing borla sport cat back with the black tips. It's off right now at my buddies shop because he is installing stainless works off road headers for me. I have two questions regarding the borla mufflers.
1.) they have a ton of water in them, my mechanic recommended to...
Ok so here is my current set up:
Air Aid Intake, FR sport cat back, SCT 4 with Lund 93 oct tune.
I purchased stainless works long tube off road headers that will be installed later this week.
My question is do I need a new tune? I'm hearing both yes I do, and that no I don't.
No, i did not realize. thank you though for pointing it out.
i was able to call first thing this morning though and cancel the bmr full bushing kit. i ordered the steeda IRS sub frame bushing support system instead.
Ok guys thank you for the recommendations. I ordered:
Bmr polyurethane differential bushing kit
Bmr cradle bushing lock out kit
Bmr spherical vertical links
I'll give this a try and go build from there.
Thanks again for the replys!!
Ok. I've got $500 to spend right now. I'm currently all stock suspension on my '15 GT premier non PP. I do have FR street springs and FR strut tower braces. What should I buy to help with the wheel hop? Thanks.
I ordered an aluminum one peice reverse lock out collar from Barton industries. Let's see if that helps any. It's gotta be a little heavier and maby won't be as bad as the chinsky oem plastic.
I sold my factory 20" wheels / tires / lugs with 500 miles on them for $1000
Problem is the market is flooded with these wheels. Good luck to ya. I would like to see ya get $1800 for um... It's just not gonna happen.
