I use a cheap amazon cover for mine while parked in the garage. Mines not a daily and my girls are 5 and 10. I’ve seen what damage they can do with just crayons. For $30, it might save me a scratch or two while they pull their bikes out.

Same issue here I noticed on mine. It ain’t major, but if I look hard enough I’ll notice it.

I’m not listening for chit. If something breaks while under warranty, I’ll just take it in to get fixed. It’s mechanical and a first year run. Don’t obsess over everything posted on the internet. Drive and enjoy it.
