Yes, worth it! What I've seen at the strip, Drag Mode is about a 2 tenth difference compared to not having it or using it. Shifts are much harder and faster than not using it.
That is exactly what Ford Drivetrain Engineering told me, that is what the tick is in the Mustang 2011 - 2019. They have been working on different designs with the bearings to stop it from happening. It all depends on engine build stack-up, why some do & don't.

At best you would want Weld wheels and Mickey Thompson street ET R rear. Front with Weld wheels with Mickey Thompson sportsmen tire.
Yes, you are correct. After time the carbon would stick to the bottom and sides of the bottle and become less effective. Thats why XL17 was discontinued. (That is the answer I recevied from a Ford engineer this morning.)
My buddy just put on Pypes headers on his 2018 it made 31 more HP on the dyno. Pypes are half the price of my Kooks, similar numbers, look & fit good for the 18.
Dump the oil and put the Motorcraft 5W-20 back in. I've done a bore scope (all good) on mine and have not found any metal in the oil or filter. I did have a lite tick at cold start up only. It is now gone using PUP 5W-30.
