I am pretty sure that they are not. Up Down Forward Back Tilt Forward Tilt Back Every Mustang that I have seen has a recline lever near the hinge, and a seatback release at the center of the back side of the seatback.

None of the Mustangs come with power recline, to my knowledge. If I understand correctly, it is rarely (if ever) an option on 2 door cars with rear seats. But I have been wrong before, and this is the Internet, so I will be corrected shortly if I am! ;-)

Spot mirrors are fine, as far as they go, but they don't replace turning your head and looking. I feel the same way about BLIS. I have driven a couple of rental cars that had it though, and I do like having the little warning light when someone is overtaking on your right.
