My dealer did managed to put the 4 summer tires into the car upon delivery (I got it with winter tires mounted). One in the trunk, 3 on the back seat if I am not mistaken. He had to push the driver's seat to the front fully, though.

5yes, it is on for 90 min. then switches the power off. I found it very convinient for the dashcam as it keeps recording for 90 minutes after I am off in i.e. public parking, etc... but eventually shuts down when I left it for the night...
