Yep I just got LMR SVE 19x10 SP2 wheels with Nitto 555G2s all around. 305 in the rear and 285 in the front. Hooks way better than the stock Pirellis, sort of. Old guys rule. Kids are grown, finances are in order. I can spend a few car dollars now.

I got my Roush Phase 2 kit from Beefcake for 1500 dollars off on a Black Friday sale last November JBA in San Diego did the install for 2500. It was 400 cheaper than the nearest Roush certified Ford Dealer. Got it dyno tuned by JBA also.

I pulled the trigger on a Roush Phase 2 for my '16 GT. A Roush dealer in San Diego quoted $2900 for the install (20 hours). Another shop quoted me a straight $2500. Do either of these costs sound reasonable/ballpark? Any recommendations in San Diego county would be appreciated.

Bring a USB storage device and ask the dealer to load the PP2 and stock calibration files on it. That's what Ford Performance advised.
