I just put my VIN in on the NHTSA website and it doesn't show the brake pedal pad recall for my Mustang, but I did get a letter in the mail about it (just looked at it). So it seems there's some disconnect going on with this particular recall. And I didn't have the brake pedal pad recall done...
I think initially, Ford only said cars in hot humid places were effected, but I think they changed the recall to cover all cars regardless of where they were located.
