Which is why I will be buying aftermarket wheels at some point.
I just felt that 1000$ that I could finance on top of the vehicle for a nicer looking wheel was worth it. Small price to pay to be happy with how my car looks as opposed to how it looks with the stock gt wheels.
With the interest that they will try and hit you with? Yeah, no thanks.
Paying the car in full and dealing with my bank for the loan. Hopefully ill never have to deal with Ford after the purchase, unless its a warranty issue.
Mainly the fact that it does not allow you to combine recaros and the premium trim package. Alternate between ebony and redline. The speaker size and amounts were incorrect in the audio package. The ecoboost wheels are not black.
Just a few things i've noticed.
I know everyone isnt in the same boat but im 23 and I orderd a Premium GT with some options(40k total) and I am on my own insurance.
I'm not living beyond my means by any.....means. But I had the choice of moving out or getting the car and I chose the car. Work hard and you can swing it!
I'm 23 and it will be my first Mustang or sports car in general for that matter.
The beautiful thing about this car is there is no real demographic, just enthusiasts.
I suspect we will get a 500 rebate but thats about it if anything.
If you use the X-Plan theres usually not much you can put ontop of that deal. Which im not too upset about.
Oh, I forgot the gauges. But yes, everything else. It's gonna be a drag oriented car and the brakes wont clear 17" front runners, torsen is terrible for drag, and so is the strut tower brace.
Its all great stuff, just not for what I want out of the car. I rather build up how I wanted it.
I didnt mean to make it sound like everything will be plug and play from 11-14. But I do believe this will be a quicker turn around for mods given everyone's already familiar with the engine and transmissions.
I'm excited to see what the aftermarket does for suspension and the new rear end...
