just remembered i took some pictures of a GT350R we have where i work, it uses 19" wheels with some room to spare between the caliper and wheel, so there might be hope yet assuming the HP wheel doesn't have it's barrel step in even more

the width on the M1 HP wheels is 19X10.5 front, 19X11 rear also i found where i got those offsets here and here

im not 100% sure, but i thought i read somewhere the M1 HP wheels are +24mm offset in the front and +52mm or +52.5mm offset in the rear

yeah, the kit is pretty expensive, cheapest i've seen is 4k for the black version on CJ Pony Parts and Late Model Restoration i mainly want to do the 350R kit to have a real, proper rear caliper rather than that one piston floating one, the better braking and front caliper are just great...
