I don't think you could get those readings driving the car, at least not one that is still in one piece. I'd reset it and never think about it again.

I just got an 19 with 401a, 10 speed and B&O (no Manga or Active Exhaust). MSRP was $47k and after Costco and rebates we were at $43k. No taxes but made them included fees, etc. at that price. I don't think you're far off. It was a custom order (only 4 months!).

You need to check the draw of the detector and the camera. There are other power wires in the vicinity I think you can tap into.

Since all the parts are made in China who's going to try this one? At least half the price but should work just fine...

Ford has zero incentive in making it easier. It’s $1000 from the factory and $500 in parts afterwards.

I'm not disagreeing with you that he's making a very general and possibly incorrect statement. In the end he's just stating his opinion and you may be correct in your assumption about material properties. But without a material analysis and testing I wouldn't rush to say that either party is wrong.
