So to the OP, I would do one of two things (or both). Get a set of jacking rails and/or get a set of race ramps.
For oil changes and the like, I use race ramps. If I have to get under the rest of the car, the jackimg rails are great.

Those aren't the recommended front lift points. That's where they should be! Recommended is where the big cutout in side splitter. It has an embossed arrow on the plastic.

So the difference in braking power (initial bite) is noticeably less than the oem? I'd love to have less dust but don't want to trade off ALL the braking performance. I don't track the car.
