Totally agree. The C8 is a steal! Dry sump, DCT, Mid-Engine, and if you go for the E-Ray you get AWD as well, all while hitting 0-60 in ~3 seconds or less. If I was looking to upgrade from my GT I'd be getting one. It still blows my mind that cars like the GT350 and the GT500 use conventional...

Sounds like the Air/Fuel mixture is too lean on Banks 1 and 2 from your codes. Most common cause is vacuum leaks. Your tuner should be able to help you out with that. Is your CEL on? +1 on flashing the OEM calibration.
There is logic to your statement regarding getting more proficient as production increases, but this is in the context of building a S650, so I wouldn't worry about the production number being low.
