Yes the tune will solve it. no issue after tune

Only issue is the cel light. Are emissions laws are hard but with headers the car runs just the same as any other car out of state.

You need a tune to run no cats otherwise you will get a check engine light. Plus a tune will help with the power gains getting long tubes

I don't see why you can't use them(pilot a/s). If they come in the size you want. I prefer all season cause I'm in the same boat as you. I don't track a lot and the SS are a better preforming tire but they won't last any where as long as the a/s. Tread wear on the a/s are 500 and SS are 300...
