Anyone know if you can relocate the active exhaust to further up the pipe? Or maybe just add a cut out valve? That way it’s controllable for when you want the extra.
so I was doing some googling and found car #10 that Dream Giveaway has in a raffle. Their engineer mocked up a set of fogs and it's all functional with the Starkey wiring harness and switch. Oddly the Starkey tech said they had to use the 15-17 V6 wiring harness for it to work properly (also...
Just wish they would tell me what color/code are the mirrors and wing. Want to match those colors when I get the rear window louvers and wind deflectors.
I'm curious how y'all used your points from the buy. Kind of a new concept for me to see Ford offer. Since we had points from buying both my wife's Exploder ST and the Mach 1, it paid for the oil catch can system and install in the Mach.
I’ve got the HP and been running conti DWP 275s on all 4 this whole winter and haven’t seen any real issues. For how I drive, they’ve handled great. I think I’ll try to get 285s the next go around just so that side wall isn’t stretched as far, but after 900 miles on them it’s probably just...
@Atlas1 I agree, that’s one of the things holding me up from it. Although I don’t mind budgeting in another hood especially if it also means better heat extraction comes with it. Just a little paint and decals to match the original and for the most part, it’ll blend right in like the original...
Maybe a dumb question, but with the little bit of clearance you have left after the whipple install, would you get any gain on space by going with a different hood? Kinda like the Cobra R style from Cervini? Maybe then have enough room to add the tower brace back...
I’m in a few different forums where this kinda thread is a popular place to toss conversations that don’t necessarily fit. So, maybe it takes off, maybe not. Either way I’ll start it out…
stretched her legs a bit and gave her a bath lol
275 all around for now. Figure now that I know the struggle of getting a/s with these rims, I can order wider next year and have the time to wait for em.
After a few weeks of waiting, grill parts and oil separator finally came in. Just got told installs are done, and get to pick her up tomorrow.
Next on the to do is clear the garage so I can get her warm enough to apply the light tint. Hopefully get all that done over the next week.
