Same when mine was hit, looked ok but it stress fractured the plastic so once it had been removed and refitted it wouldn't go back on properly.

Just had my first service today £81( I supplied oil & oil filter @ £43 cost to me). On that basis I wouldn't say the service plan is good value. And before anyone shouts that I've got an Ecoboost, the servicing costs are apparently the same (certainly the plans are the same price)

Mine has just had its first service at the dealers. £81 all in, i supplied the Castrol Magnatec oil (£40) and the FL910S filter ($3.50 Walmart :) ) No issues, in & out in a few hours, dealer stamp in the book (for what its worth)
