I've searched everywhere and it seems a couple others have had this issue, but never really update on a fix. Ive posted about this before, but noticed something new. My car has a rhythmic surge at idle, you can hear it change in the exhaust note. Just yesterday I noticed a loud clicking noise in...
I missed that part. I know this doesn't help much, but it'll likely be a case by case scenario. I have a white 2020 Ram, so Im on that forum from time to time and recall seeing people with the same issue on the white trucks where the front bumper was a completely different shade of white, almost...
Lighting and angles can be deceiving in pictures. It won’t be a 100% match because of the material being painted, but I don’t think it’s a different shade. Can’t you ask them for close ups?
Does anybody know of catless downpipes that will bolt up to Pypes long tube headers and X midpipe? When I bought the headers they had them available catless, but now they dont.
So far no luck because of Michigan laws. The company dealing with it wants me to get a trade in value and then they will send a demand letter, just haven’t had time.
Went ahead and bought an Innova 5410 scan/diagnostic tool. To my surprise I found about 30 codes/errors, 4 of which were in the power steering control module. Cleared them out and the power steering is functioning again!
Admins, can you move this to the issues/repair thread in case this...
Just flashed back to my e85 tune and the dreaded steering assist fault lit up and disabled my power steering. Cleared the DTC's, flashed back to stock and it won't go away. Normally it does this but goes away after it clears the codes.
Whats the easiest way to clear this fault? Are there any...
Im not a fan either. In fact, American Muscle is writing the tunes for Bama, and lets face it, American Muscle.... Need I say more?
But, I have an unleashed tune doing the same thing.
I put the factory airbox and flashed to stock and the idle is much more stable. No changes in exhaust tone...
Still trying to track this down. I have loaded both my bama and unleashed tunes, e85, flex and 93 octane. All of them produce the surging.
when I load back to stock and disconnect the MAF (i have a tune required pmas intake), the afr is pretty much stable.
any ideas before I start shooting...
Gerber collision, they are nationwide, worked quickly and cool guys.
So the diminished value claim is still in the works. I contacted a company online called Auto Loss. They charge 275$ to prepare a 15 page report describing who they are (insurance adjusters basically), and compare the pre...
Update! I went through the morons insurance, and to sum it up....
Insurance: “we reached out to our insured and will not be paying for the damage due to conflicting statements”
me: “but you have the police report stating he failed to see my vehicle and the accident was due to improper backing”...
I’ve used bama e85, bama flex and unleashed e85. All do the exact same thing. Next step is to go back 93 and see if it stops, but I have my doubts that it’s the tune.
So I decided to pull the newer denso o2 sensor I put in, and the AFR stays at 10.2 (flex fuel tune on e85 at the moment). Figured that was the culprit and went and replaced it with another new one. Once the o2 is in, it fluctuates and hunts again. WHY?!?
