It is quite normal. Completely disconnect the battery from the mustang. Reconnect. Connect the jump vehicle to mustang, with jump vehicle running above idle. Leave the jump car connected to your mustang for a long time 10-15 min or so. It takes that long sometimes to get it to start. Try to start.
