You would be surprised, even as a small business, the fees/charges that are administered by the financial institutions on up front purchases & even returns - I can assure you, no one wins when a return is made. Thank you, TJ

A restocking fee (Steeda’s is 20%) is fairly standard, given the additional resources required to process returns. Regardless of the size or value of the part, returns involve multiple internal steps and teams to properly receive, inspect, and restock the product. Best, TJ

As mentioned, most of the team (including the owner) run the dual rates on their daily - its the best of both worlds - I don't think you will have any complaints given the nature of the spring & firming up when pushed. Because of the track events ... that's why the Dual Rates make the most...
