Got a box in the mail today…

I received my FP dampers today and my Steeda min drop springs should be here next week. I’m excited to tear into this project. Have never lowered anything but raised a few 4wd trucks.

My car is still on the stock PP1 wheel and tire combo so 40 series Michelin. When these tires are done, I am going to a square 275/40/19 set up for the rubber cushion. Your car looks fantastic and thank you for the feedback on how you like it. May I ask you what sway bars you are using?

Over the last few days I have been in the garage loading ammunition for two weeks of rifle/pistol matches coming up and I noticed the mustang makes random noises. It did it about 4 times in three days and the car hasn’t moved.

I got a set of the zombie stickers and put them on last week. They work well. I hope they last. If so, I am going to get some for my F150 and do the same. The stickers drive me nuts. Who on earth decided this was necessary?

Yes, completely normal. The truck is a 5.0 with 10 speed auto. That truck now has 110k miles.

I thought that going from a 19” to a 20” would make the road feel worse for me? That was my motivation to not lower and just fill up with larger tires. But, you have given me something to think about.

While I would like to lower my GT PP (mostly for aesthetics) I am really hesitant because the roads where i live super suck. I need more cushion with rubber. I am looking at some tire sizes to fill up the wheel wells. Either a 275/40/19 or 285/40/19 Square.

I installed the PP2 style lower splitter. I dig it.

Installed a Steeda adjustable rear sway bar in my otherwise stock PP1 car. Verdict: absolutely worth it. I just put it on the middle hole and the car is totally different driving now, and I love it even more.
