All I know is when I had no rev limit set I hit 8500 rpm occasionally and 8200 regularly at the drag strip. Car runs great.

Mine did the same thing. Sct x4 knock pid does not work with the ford calibrations. It will always read zero.

try doing some first gear pulls and you will feel it again. Probably just used to doing 3rd gear pulls

Just wondering if the stock airbox is actually restrictive for a na car compared to the aftermarket "cold air intakes". I can't really see one intake being better than the other especially if I just put a "high flow" air filter in the stock air box.

Are the vacuum lines set up the same for the stock throttle body and airbox with gt350 manifold as it would be with the gt350mani and gt350 cold air intake?
